BSAC MOD 1 CCR Diver Course

BSAC MOD 1 AP Vision CCR Diver Course gives you a thorough grounding in rebreather technology and unit-specific training. You learn how to adapt your existing XR diving skills to a new world where you benefit from always breathing an optimum gas mix. Using an AP Inspiration eCCR, you will plan and conduct 8 dives over 4 days.
BSAC MOD 1 certifies you to dive to 40 metres on air diluent using a single bailout cylinder. Once you have gained some experience, you can increase your certified depth to 45 metres using a trimix diluent via the MOD 1 Mixed Gas Top-Up Course.
Prerequisites:
- PADI Tec 40 Diver
- At least 20 logged dives to 30 metres or deeper
Your course fee includes a training rebreather unit (AP Inspiration), gas fills, CO2 absorbent, training materials, and BSAC membership fees. 10% discount if you do the course with a buddy.
You can schedule your training as 1 session of 5 days, or split it to suit your schedule.
Note: Fees are reduced if you use your own AP Inspiration for the training. However, your unit must be configured according to course requirements and in a well-maintained condition.
