However, some items may be “Available to order“. This means that available stock exceeds your desired quantity (or that we are waiting for the item to be restocked by the manufacturer). In this case, you may still place your order and we will fulfil it on a priority basis (usually 7 days).
United Arab Emirates
We ship via express courier and you should receive your order within 2 days. If you need something urgently, let us know and we will do our best to expedite.
You get Free Shipping if your order is at least AED 200. Heavy items (e.g. Sofnolime) do not qualify for free shipping and your shopping cart may display additional charges (but DPVs are shipped for free across UAE).
If you are diving with a scuba instructor affiliated with XR Scuba, you may choose to collect your order directly from your instructor. Please select “Collect from Instructor” during checkout.
Rest of the GCC
We ship via express courier to Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia. You should receive your order within 4-5 days. You may need to pay import taxes/duties as per the laws of your country. Batteries (except those shipped inside products) cannot be shipped outside of the UAE due to airline restrictions.
Rest of the world
Our shopping cart accepts orders only for the countries listed above. If you would like to ship your order to an unlisted country, let us know and we will process your order manually. Batteries (except those shipped inside products) cannot be shipped outside of the UAE due to airline restrictions.
